Samsung recently unveiled its flagship headphones, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, which support 24-bit Hi-Fi audio and active noise cancellation to eliminate unwanted sounds.
Other features like Bluetooth 5.3, IPX7 water resistance, and up to 18 hours of battery life make this an incredibly attractive package.
However, it seems that Galaxy Buds2 Pro users are currently experiencing issues with their headphones.

Many users (1,2,3,4) reported an issue where their Galaxy Buds2 Pro makes a shrill noise.

The issue is said to have started after the latest vRTOS 1.0 firmware update and has been causing an annoying sound ever since.
For some users, the audio keeps ringing intermittently, followed by random volume adjustments after a few seconds apart.
The shrill sound seems to persist even when ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) is activated.
Potential workarounds
Fortunately, we found a workaround that may help resolve the issue for some users. You can follow the steps mentioned below for a temporary solution.
Some users also suggest disabling the “Audio 360” option to possibly fix audio-related issues.
