Diablo Immortal launched early on mobile devices, and some Samsung Galaxy users are complaining about game-breaking bugs.
After a long wait, Diablo Immortal has officially launched for iOS and Android devices. The game received a surprise launch for mobile devices.
Those who want to experience the beta version of the game on PC should wait a little longer. Unlike the mobile version, PC players get Diablo Immortal on June 2, its originally scheduled launch date.
The game has mostly received positive feedback from mobile gamers. However, that doesn’t mean things are perfect.
As with every launch, bugs are starting to appear, and Diablo Immortal is no exception. Many Samsung Galaxy users have reported issues, as have other gamers with older phones.

Diablo Immortal Players on Samsung or Older Devices Reported Breakthrough Bugs
Players playing Diablo Immortal on Exynos-based Samsung devices have complained of graphical issues that render the game unplayable.
Additionally, other players with older Android and iOS devices are also reporting issues.
Luckily for those having trouble, the game launched with full support for cross-play with PConce this version of the game is launched.
Blizzard has already addressed this situation on its official Reddit mega thread for bugs. In this communication, the developer has confirmed an issue affecting Exynos devices.
As of this writing, Blizzard has not provided an estimated fix time for this Diablo Immortal bug.
Additionally, Diablo Immortal downloads may be disabled for the following Exynos device when a solution is ready:
- Galaxy A12
- Galaxy A13
- Samsung Galaxy A21s
- Galaxy A51 5G
- Galaxy A Quantum
- Samsung Galaxy S10e
- Galaxy S10
- Galaxy S10+
- Samsung Galaxy S10 5G
- Galaxy Note10
- Galaxy Note10 5G
- SamsungGalaxy Note10+
- Galaxy Note10+ 5G
- Galaxy F12
- Samsung Galaxy F62
- Galaxy M12
- Galaxy M13
- Samsung Galaxy M62
- Galaxy X Cover 5
However, users of Exynos devices, like the Samsung S22, have also reported issues with Diablo Immortal.

Diablo Immortal Issues on Other Devices
Some iPhone users on older devices (iPhone 8, X) have experienced frame rate issues and other overheating issues.
Although unlike the issues found on Samsung Exynos devices, gamers can fix most of them by restarting the phone.
Most iPhone and Android users have a great experience with Diablo Immortal despite these early bugs.

Basically, if you’re having a performance or overheating issue, you can restart your phone.
Unfortunately, if it’s a graphical bug and you’re running the game on an Exynos-based device, you might have to wait for a patch to fix the problem.
Also, if mobile is not working for you right now, you can preload Diablo Immortal on PC.
