Samsung Galaxy A14 5G running Android 13 spotted on Wi-Fi Alliance certification, launch looks imminent

Samsung is gearing up for the launch of the new Galaxy A-series phones. The company may launch the Galaxy A14 5G later this year. Samsung is expected to launch the phone in December as the successor to the Galaxy A13 5G. The company did not reveal the official launch date. In the meantime, the Galaxy A14 5G has been spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance site.

The listing on Wi-Fi Alliance has revealed some key details about Samsung’s upcoming smartphone. Let’s take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G specs, features, and other details known so far.

Samsung Galaxy A14 5G WiFi Alliance

The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will be one of the most affordable 5G phones in India and other markets and is expected to launch by December. Ahead of its official launch, the Galaxy A14 5G was spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance website. The listing reveals that the Galaxy smartphone has the model number SM-A146P. It will support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. The device is also confirmed to be running Android 13 out of the box. On top of that, we can expect the phone to have a layer of One UI 5.0.

Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t reveal any other details about the phone. Design renders of the Galaxy A14 had leaked in the past. He revealed that the phone has an almost flat frame design. The Galaxy A14 has a triple camera setup on the back. It has three circular rings as cutouts for the camera sensors, next to which is an LED flash.

On the front, the phone has an Infinity-U display, which is Samsung’s nickname for a U-shaped notch at the top of the screen for the front camera. He sports fairly thin glasses, except for the chin. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, and a speaker grill at the bottom.
