Samsung, a few months ago, launched its most affordable 5G-enabled handset – the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G. The company also plans to launch the Galaxy A13 in a 4G variant. The Samsung Galaxy A13 4G was spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database in December. Now, in a new development, we have spotted the upcoming Galaxy A13 4G variant on the Bluetooth SIG certification website. The appearance on the Bluetooth SIG certification website hints at an imminent launch.
The handset made an appearance in the Bluetooth SIG database with the model number SM-A135F/DSN. The latest listing doesn’t reveal anything about the handset except for support for Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. However, the handset has already gone through the Geekbench benchmark database which had revealed some key specs of the device.
Based on the Geekbench listing, the Galaxy A13 4G will be powered by an octa-core Exynos 850 SoC, clocked at a frequency of 2.0 GHz. The handset will retail in a 3GB RAM variant. However, we can expect the company to release it in other memory configurations as well. The device will be preloaded with Android 12, but as usual there will be a OneUI 4.0 layer on top.
The live image of the Galaxy A13 4G variant has been leaked in the past. Based on this, the handset will offer a quad-rear camera setup. It will offer a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack. The next A-series device will likely offer an LCD panel, a polycarbonate back, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
Unfortunately, only that is known about the upcoming Galaxy A13 4G at the moment. However, we can expect the handset to visit another certification website in the coming weeks. If it happens every time it happens, we should know more about the device in terms of specs and features. If you want to know more about the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G, you can head to this post.
